Covid-19 Returns policy alongside our normal returns policy, please make sure all returns are packaged with clean sanitized hands, garments must be in absolute pristine condition for exchanges and returns 

We will give a full refund or exchange on full price and discounted purchases *Shipping is non-refundable

If you would like to exchange a purchase please contact us on within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide you with a returns number and instructions on returning the garment. 

Please package the garment carefully with original tags and in unworn pristine condition.

Costs incurred for the return shipping of the purchase to woodward clothing is the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.

All items will be checked to make sure they have been unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present. Once the garment has been looked over a replacement or refund will be dispatched at the cost of woodward clothing. An email will be sent with relevant tracking information.      

Please remember to retain proof of postage for your reference. We suggest you insure your package for the full value of the contents and request Return Signature Required, as we cannot be responsible for packages we do not receive.
If an item is faulty or incorrect it can be exchanged or returned for a refund of the purchasing price.

Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Woodward clothing takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.

Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Woodward clothing takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

Refunds to credit cards can take between 5-7 working days to appear.


All personal details provided will remain with and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for woodward clothing use only.

All New Zealand purchases over $100 are delivered free of charge using Courier Post or Apparel Line, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Purchases under $100 are a flat $7
Please note we can only deliver to a physical address, not a PO Box.
